Almost Walking
Caitlin has been in "school" all this week and is starting to become more familiar with the people there. Although she has not completely adjusted to the idea of not having one of us around, she has had a couple of good days this week where she was keen to get involved in the activities.
Anna has been settling into her new job, and has also been asked to assist with a current large project, which means that she'll be doing some design work with Quark.
This weekend sees the last of the first birthday parties, so I expect there'll be more photos going up - in case you haven't noticed, we've put up quite a few in the past week or so; click on the photos link to catch up. I also got around to posting a new video showing Caitlin walking (albeit with the assistance of her cart), which you can see if you click on the picture above.

Party Time
As the first birthday for all the babies in the mothers' group has arrived, we've been swamped with birthday parties each weekend. We had initially thought of having a quiet one, as Caitlin has no real concept of being one year old, but as the day approached Anna was keen to do something to celebrate the day; so we organised an afternoon of jelly-and-ice-cream!

Full Time
After a positive interview with Digitus last week, it turned out that they decided to hire someone with a stronger IT background. So, Anna met with one of the directors of ImagePoint this week, and is going to start working for them full-time next week!
Although Caitlin had been offered a part-time place at our local child-care centre, Anna was able to negotiate a full-time place there from the 20th - which is great as the place is literally just-around-the-corner from us.
